Concrete Asphalt Additives For High-Grade Roads Heavy Traffic Sections is a directly added into asphalt mixing plant asphalt modifier, which improved the high temperature and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture. The method of using is directly mixing with aggregate and bitumen to modify asphalt mixture. Asphalt mixing temperature is 175℃±5℃, normally suggested dosage is 0.3%-0.4% of asphalt mixture mass, small dosage can get higher performance. For special engineering needs, please consult us.

The dynamic modulus of ZTA-RA modified asphalt mixture at 55°C is about twice that of SBS modified asphalt mixture.
The strong viscosity of ZTA-RA increases the softening point of asphalt, reduces the sensitivity to temperature of asphalt, and increases the adhesion of bitumen to mineral aggregates.
ZTA-RA improves the performances of low-temperature frost resistance, water damage resistance and rutting resistance of the asphalt pavement.
The dosage is smaller and the effect is remarkable. The dosage is 0.3-0.4% of the asphalt mixture, and the dynamic stability can be increased from 1500times/mm to about 15000times/mm.
ZTA-RA improves the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture, and the asphalt has strong resistance to deformation in summer and effectively resists pavement deformation and prevents the appearance of road rutting.
The elastic component of ZTA-RA has a function of recovering the elastic recovery of the deformation portion of the pavement at a higher temperature, thereby reducing reduces the risk of permanent deformation of the pavement.
