1. Description

   

   Anti-Rut Pavement Asphalt Modifier Anti Rutting Additive is mainly used for the middle layer and the upper layer of asphalt pavement. Small dosage and significant effect, dosage is 0.3-0.4% of the asphalt mixture, and dynamic stability can be raised from 1500 to about 15,000, which can effectively improve anti-rutting performance of the road surface, suitable for bus channels, heavy-duty roads, The intersection and other positions.

  ZTA-RA ANTI-RUTTING ASPHALT Additives compared to SBS modified asphalt, with advantages of convenient use, storage and transportation, low cost. And the various indicators of ZTA-RA modified asphalt are higher or equivalent to SBS modified asphalt.

3. Advantages

The elastic component of ZTA-RA has a function of recovering the elastic recovery of the deformation portion of the pavement at a higher temperature, thereby reducing reduces the risk of permanent deformation of the pavement.

 

There is no risk of modified bitumen isolation, saving step to bitumen modification, saving energy consumption. The asphalt mixture has excellent water resistance, good bonding performance and reinforcement effect.

 

ZTA-RA improves the high temperature performance and the resistance of water loss of asphalt, which reduces the possibility of rutting from high temperature sprinkling in summer.

 

ZTA-RA raises the adhesion grade of bitumen and stone, both acid aggregate and alkaline aggregate can reach level 5, saving the use of anti-peeling agents/additives, and does not even need to add anti-stripping agent/additives.

 

The strong viscosity of ZTA-RA increases the softening point of asphalt, reduces the sensitivity to temperature of asphalt, and increases the adhesion of bitumen to mineral aggregates.
