ZTA-RA Road Anti-rutting Agent Asphalt Anti-rutting Agent for Asphalt Plants and Contractors is one of the commonly used materials in the asphalt road project, which can enhance the surface performance of the aggregate to resist the road ruts and extend the service life of the road.
ZTA-RA Road Anti-rutting Agent Asphalt Anti-rutting Agent was developed to prevent rutting of Asphalt. It is an additive to the asphalt mixture and it consists of several polymeric materials & multifunctional auxiliary agents. Combined with the asphalt mixture, ZTA-RA dramatically improves the bonding strength between the aggregates. ZTA-RA also demonstrates excellent flow resistance at a high-temperature range.
ZTA-RA ANTI-RUTTING ASPHALT Additive is mainly used for the middle layer and the upper layer of asphalt pavement. Small dosage and significant effect, dosage is 0.3-0.4% of the asphalt mixture, and dynamic stability can be raised from 1500 to about 15,000, which can effectively improve anti-rutting performance of the road surface, suitable for bus channels, heavy-duty roads, The intersection and other positions.

ZTA-RA improves the high temperature performance and the resistance of water loss of asphalt, which reduces the possibility of rutting from high temperature sprinkling in summer.
ZTA-RA raises the adhesion grade of bitumen and stone, both acid aggregate and alkaline aggregate can reach level 5, saving the use of anti-peeling agents/additives, and does not even need to add anti-stripping agent/additives.
ZTA-RA Enhances skeleton of asphalt structure and the interaction between the asphalt, making the asphalt mixture is more tight and reduces the permeability of the forming road surface. At the same time, the capacity of the asphalt bearing the loads is improved.
The fiber reinforcement of ZTA-RA is formed in the aggregates skeleton. The polymer fibers form a mesh in the asphalt, strengthens the interaction and overallity of asphalt mixture.
The strong viscosity of ZTA-RA increases the softening point of asphalt, reduces the sensitivity to temperature of asphalt, and increases the adhesion of bitumen to mineral aggregates.
