ZTA-VE asphalt modifier added to the ZTS high-elastic anti-crack ultra-thin asphalt cover can increase the properties of the asphalt mixture to adapt to high and low temperature, anti-scaling and anti-fatigue properties. Its construction application is more convenient that ZTA-VE additives is directly mixing with aggregates in asphalt mixing plants.
ZTA-VE is a asphalt additive for ultra-thin cover of road preventive maintenance, dosage is 0.4% of asphalt mixture. It effectively enhances the bonding, anti-cracking, anti-stripping ability of the asphalt mixture, and extends the service life of the pavement.

ZTA-VE high-elastic anti-cracking additives are directly added to the conventional asphalt mixture to improve the high and low temperature performance, crack resistance and fatigue resistance of asphalt mixture. Restores the road's anti-skid, noise reduction and comfortable driving in all aspects.
1. Good bonding performance. Significantly improve the bonding performance of the mixture to avoid flying particles.
2. Easy to use. The production and construction processes are very simple, directly modify the asphalt mixture without special paving equipment.
3. Convenient for small batch applications. It meets the preventive maintenance needs with a small amount of engineering.
4. It adopts multi-gravel type asphalt mixture with wide gradation range, strong adaptability, large structure depth, excellent anti-skid and noise reduction performance, and good material stability within a large oil-stone ratio range, and better construction tolerance conducive to production and construction control.
5. Warm mixing performance. The discharging temperature of the mixture should be above 160°C, and the ambient temperature can be well rolled at 5°C, which avoids the adverse effect of rapid cooling of the ultra-thin cover surface on compaction.
